Η Γεννάδειος τίμησε τη μνήμη της Αγγελικής Λαΐου με επιστημονική ημερίδα με θέμα «Μετακινήσεις πληθυσμών, φύλο και οικονομία στο Βυζάντιο. Ένα συνέδριο στη μνήμη της Αγγελικής Λαΐου» στην οποία συμμετείχαν διάσημοι βυζαντινολόγοι από όλο τον κόσμο.

Συνέδριο αφιερωμένο στη μνήμη της βυζαντινολόγου Αγγελικής Λαΐου
Στις 23 Οκτωβρίου πραγματοποιήθηκε ημερίδα με θέμα «Μετακινήσεις πληθυσμών, φύλο και οικονομία στο Βυζάντιο. Ένα συνέδριο στη μνήμη της Αγγελικής Λαΐου». Διάσημοι βυζαντινολόγοι τίμησαν τη μνήμη της Αγγελικής Λαΐου με επιστημονικές ομιλίες σχετικές με θέματα του ενδιαφέροντος της μεγάλης ιστορικού που απεβίωσε το Δεκέμβριο του 2008.

Continuing Adventures of a Corinthian: Theo Kopestonsky and the Shrine at Kokkinovrysi
Theo Kopestonsky recently completed her dissertation on Corinthian material culture from a sanctuary outside of Ancient Corinth. Theo describes her first visit to Corinth as a regular member of the School, her work, and the Classical site at Kokkinovrysi.
