Nancy Winter's papers (notes, slides, photos, and drawings) on Etruscan architectural terracottas have been donated to the Museo delle Antichità Etrusche e Italiche at La Sapienza University in Rome. And finally, about 200 letters and postcards, 37 are from her first trip through Europe in 1967, 23 from her Bryn Mawr College years 1967-1971, and 140 from her mainly ASCSA years 1971-1991.

BIOGRAPHICAL NOTE
Nancy A. Winter (born June 27, 1944, in Waseca, MN) was educated at UCSB (B.A. in Classics, cum laude, 1967) and at Bryn Mawr College (Ph.D. in Classical and Near Eastern Archaeology, 1974). She served as Librarian of the Blegen Library in 1971-1982 and 1984-2001, and also taught at Bowdoin College (1982-1984). She organized two international conferences on Greek architectural terracottas at the ASCSA and edited their proceedings, both published by Hesperia. Winter participated in excavations in Greece, Cyprus, and Italy. She was awarded the ASCSA Aristeia Award in 2019.
Winter donated her papers on Etruscan architectural terracottas to the Museo delle Antichità Etrusche e Italiche at La Sapienza University in Rome.
