Η Γεννάδειος Βιβλιοθήκη προσφέρει ηλεκτρονική πρόσβαση σε διάφορες βιβλιογραφικές βάσεις δεδομένων. Η Βιβλιοθήκη είναι ο μόνος φορέας στην Ελλάδα που παρέχει πρόσβαση στο Index of Christian Art του Πανεπιστημίου του Πρίνστον, το οποίο σε συνεργασία με την École Pratique des Hautes Études στη Σορβόννη ψηφιοποίησε και καταλογογράφησε μέρος του φωτογραφικού υλικού που περιλαμβάνεται στη συλλογή του Gabriel Millet, καθιστώντας το προσβάσιμο στο διαδίκτυο για πρώτη φορά.
