The History of Greek Printing (15th-20th century)
From May 10 to May 25 the Senior Librarian of the Gennadius Library, Irini Solomonidi, presented “The History of Greek Printing (15th-20th century) through the Gennadius Library Collections.” The program was part of the activities of Athens 2018 UNESCO World Book Capital and included a display of books from the personal collection of John Gennadius, projection of videos about the Library and the history of typography, and special tours/presentations.
