Aeolic Earth (1943) by Elias Venezis
We are happy to announce that the processing and cataloguing of the recently acquired papers of novelist Elias Venezis has been assigned to two able colleagues: the new Demos Fellow, Dr. Demetra Papakonstantinou, and the School's Assistant Archivist, Dr. Alexis Malliaris. Demetra Papakonstantinou, the recipient of the Demos Fellowship for 2012, has worked as a curator in the Department of Information Technology at the Benaki Museum (2007-2011). She also holds a PhD in archaeology from the University of Edinburgh, and has taught at the Hellenic Open University and the University of Crete. She is the author of Identifyng Domestic Space in Neolithic Eastern Mediterranean (Oxford 2006) and editor of Deconstructing Context: A Critical Approach to Archaeological Practice (Oxford 2006).
