Megan Gatton - New York University

Megan Gatton is a fourth-year PhD student at New York University's Institute of Fine Arts. Her dissertation examines worked bone objects from Greek sanctuaries through the lenses of art history and zooarchaeology. After earning a B.A. in Classics-Art History from New York University in 2020, she completed an M.St. in Classical Archaeology at the University of Oxford in 2021. She is a supervisor for the NYU-UniMi excavations at Selinunte and a contributor to The Quirinal Project/Museo Archeologico Geologico.
