ASCSA Holds Open Meeting of the Work of the School
March 25, 2009
Once again ASCSA in 2009 hosted both Athens and Thessaloniki to presentations of its work during the previous year. In Athens, a packed house in Cotsen Hall heard the Director summarize the accomplishments of the departments of the School and its sponsored and affiliated excavations, followed by an exciting lecture by Thomas Brogan, Director of the INSTAP Study Center in East Crete. Dr. Brogan discussed the tastes and smells of Minoan Crete, as revealed by recent excavations at three sites.
